When and where is RIDDIMWORLD?

Can I get a refund?
All ticket sales are final, and refunds will not be provided for change of mind or inability to attend. Refunds may be available to customers who selected Refundable Ticket Protection at checkout, subject to XCover’s terms and conditions. If you did not purchase this protection, you will not be eligible for a refund except where required by Australian Consumer Law or in the event of an event cancellation or other circumstances where a refund is required by law.

Is re-entry permitted?
No, RIDDIMWORLD operates a strict no re-entry policy. Once you leave the festival, you will not be permitted to return, so please plan accordingly.
What can’t I bring to RIDDIMWORLD?
For the safety and comfort of all attendees, the following items are not permitted inside RIDDIMWORLD:
- Alcohol or beverages purchased outside the venue
- Illegal drugs or prohibited substances
- Weapons, including knives and items that could be used as weapons
- Glass bottles, glass containers or other breakable glass items
- Professional cameras, recording equipment or drones without prior approval
- Large bags, suitcases or oversized backpacks
- Flares, fireworks, smoke bombs or other pyrotechnics
- Any item that could pose a safety risk to other attendees
- Any items prohibited by the venue or event security
All attendees are subject to security screening upon entry. RIDDIMWORLD reserves the right to refuse entry or confiscate prohibited items in accordance with venue policies and applicable law.

How do I get there?
RIDDIMWORLD will take place at Riviera Beach Club, located at 42B Marine Parade, Elwood VIC 3184.
- Public Transport: We recommend taking public transport to the venue. Tram routes 16 and 96 service the St Kilda area, with a walk to the venue. Plan your journey using the PTV website.
- Rideshare & Drop-off: Uber and taxis are recommended. Please allow extra time for traffic and follow event-day drop-off instructions, which will be shared closer to the event.
- Parking: Parking in the surrounding area is limited, so we recommend using public transport or rideshare where possible.
Plan your trip ahead of time and allow extra time to get to the festival.
What should I wear?
RIDDIMWORLD is an outdoor festival, so come dressed for a day in the sun! We recommend festival fits, breathable clothing and comfortable footwear such as sneakers, as you'll be on your feet dancing throughout the day.
